A magnificent depiction of Saint  Louis IX of France is featured in this arched piece. The king of France from 1226 to 1270, St. Louis is shown with his raised sword symbolic of his crusades, one of which is the one he led at the Holy Land to save it from Muslim hands. A multicolored ornate frame surrounds his image. This stained glass panel is an elegant addition to a Catholic or Anglican church. 

A religious window like this would make a good addition to a house of worship or a hospital chapel.
